Can These Fish Be Kept Together Or Will I Have To Rehome

Hi, 
I have recently upgraded from a BiOrb to a fluval 180. Previously in the BiOrb I had 3 neon tetra and 3 hexazon barb (these were sold to me by the LFS as zebra danio and I knew no better at the time)
 
I have now got myself 6 penguin tetra, 4 danio (orange cant remember the name) and 6 cleaning shrimps.
 
The 'different' LFS did warn me that the barbs may have to be rehomed so I am just seeing how they go. The only thing they seem to show any interest in is the shrimps, especially when I put in a piece of cucumber today. They obviously thought the cucumber was for them. 
What do you think I should do...?

okay, so total stock is:
3 neons
3 hex barbs
6 penguins
4 danios
6 shrimps?
 
If this is correct.. Your stock is off by a long shot unfortunately. I'm not familiar with the BIORB's so I don't know gallon size if it can fit them all, but the neons need a school of 6, same with the danio's (which need alot of swimming area) and same with the barbs. I've seen barbs do well with others, and mine i couldn't even put a convict cichlid with as he would get bullied (convicts are very aggro).
 
 
IF YOU HAVE THE ROOM-- up the schools to this:
6 neons
7 hex barbs
6 penguins
6 danios
shrimps can stay the same.. that should help, but please make sure you have enough room. If you're unsure just tell me what the dimensions are and I'll be more than happy to help.
 
(this should help with the barbs, if not, you could just simply return them.)

Hi I think you misunderstand. I have moved the fish from my biorb into the fluval 180. That is 180 litres UK, about 48 US gallons (40  UK gallons). 
Does that make more sense?

oh, okay much more! lol, thanks for clearing the confusion. And yeah, they will all fit but definitely bump up the schools as I posted (or more). I think there's something to be said about a massive school of neons..

The main problem I see is you have the most hyperactive schooling fish in there which is the Danios and the incredibly nippy Penguin Tetras. Where as Neon Tetras are pretty sedate and the Barbs probably sit somewhere in the middle of it all.
 
It depends on what other fish you want to add to the tank as to which ones work properly if you see what I mean. So if its a fast paced tank go with the Danios and Penguins and up the schools of these to at least 10-12 of each to keep them interacting with each other rather than the other fish. The Penguins should be able to tolerate the lower temperatures that the Danios need as well.

These danios seem pretty sedate. I would have got more at the time but didn't want to introduce too many fish at once. Also I had a hard time visualising what they would all look in the tank, it was only when I got them home that the tank still looked fairly empty. 
I think I might leave it a couple of weeks though, check my levels and make sure they are all under control before I add some more.
