Can Rams Go With Guppies?

Well the title says it all. Just wondering if a ram can go with my only guppy in my 30 gal tank. I have 2 black skirt tetras along with 2 lemon tetras, and 1 guppy. I am really hoping ot getting a ram. I went out and bought myself lots of plants (all plastic) So u can say it is heavly planted. Now all i need is the rams. Any suggestons of which ram i shud get?

I have a Bolivian ram in with guppies and they take absolutely no notice of each other so there shouldnt be a problem.I prefer Bolivians as they are a hardy fish and seem to get on with everything--except other male Bolivians.

Definatly, mine are with three males. Although I heard somewhere that they don't like red ones dunno if thats true

Well unfortunately the last some guy came and bought 6 bolivain rams so the lfs has no more. Guess i have to wait for the next shipment which is on the 2nd of jan.
