Can I Use Hot Tap Water ,have Got A Combination Boiler?

Hi ,can i use hot water straight from the tap ,even though i`ve got a combination boiler,as i`ve only recently started to use it [used to boil ]and have noticed after water changes sample is always between 0-0.25?
