can i keep blue dolphins in with blockheads

By blue dolphins and blockheads I'm assuming you are referring to Cyrtocara moorii and Steatocranus casuarius respectively. If so, with an adequate tank (no less than 125gal due to the C.moorii) I think they could be kept together quite nicely. You'd need to assure plenty of open swimming space along with some cave areas for the S.casuarius but that shouldn't be difficult.
