I have a 55 gallon with
1 opaline gourami
1 tiger barb
7 long finned rosy barbs
6 angelicus loaches
and one dwarf albino bristlenose pleco

I'm using 3 aquaeon filters on the 55 gallon. One is a 55gallon filter, one is a 20-30gallon, and the last is a 10-20 gallon filter. I'm wanting to switch everything over to my new 6 foot 125 gallon aquarium tonight but i can't afford a good new filter for another week or two. Will the 3 filters I have now be sufficient enough for the 125 gallon just for a week or two based on my stocking?

If you move the fish and filters together, you will do just fine. Filters really are needed to deal with the biological load in a tank. Unless you add more fish, existing filters will be just fine for a larger tank.
