I also second what others have said for the well being of your fish 18 inch tank height is a minimum. With the proper gravel or substrate depth it still gives 16 inches of water depth. Stunting is a terrible thing to happen and often irreversible

Are they placid enough for a community tank? My stocking is below....

I worry about the male guppies.

Dwarves like Bolivian Rams should be absoloutely fine with your stocking. I kept them with guppies, they never even looked at them.
