Yes, Corydoras and Oto are peaceful fish.
Most schooling fish are peaceful except for some Tetras which can be nippy.

Find something of similar size fish.

You can try something similar to Pseudomugil Furcatas such as Pseudomugil Gertudae or even Threadfin Rainbow.

Honestly, can't go wrong with some corydoras leucomelas if you want some of the sweetest and most sociable with one another.
