Camallanus Worm Problem

hi, i am in uk with camllanus worm problem, so ordered these from amazon uk for treatement. my 2 tanks r 100 litres and 35 litre, how many tablets each one is 2mg (levamisole-hydrochloride-)i need to use..
please help and guide.

Sorry I cant help, I have heard of people using bird and dog wormers for fish but what the quantities are I have no idea, it is a little hit and miss.
 
There is an affective product available for fish, sera nematol..

I have successfully treated camallanus worms with it. Hope this helps.

I use Levamisole HCL 100% powder. The dose for this is 5 gams treats 100 gallons. I am not sure if this is any help in terms of tablets.
