Calling Anyone From Canada

I have found an article that i need to download but its only available to people with an internet provider in canada

Would anyone be able to download it for me and sent it me please,

Have you tried looking for a canadian proxy server?

Just enter the link to the page you want visit in the box about half way down the page, think it says "Start Surfing or something"

Good idea but no that didn't work either.

Its just that original page it takes you to, try clicking on PDF at the top left and see if that works

Yeah, you don't need to be Canadian. You just need to either be a subscriber or pay $10 to view the full article.
