Calling All F8 Puffer Keepers....

im only 2 weeks into my fish less cycle, and so far so good ....

i decided ages ago it would be the home to 3 f8 puffers , when i asked the guy in the LFS about the fish and what it likes , i was told that when i purchase my fish he will find out exactly where it came from , so im left with a problem , it sounds like ill be coming home with the fish and whatever else i purchase based on the LFS advice, but i want to have the tank *prepared* , decorated with rock at least enough for the fish to feel comfortable , i don't want to have to set up the tanks scenery the same day i buy the fish .

so my question is , can someone please help me with the scenery , i was thinking rocks/slate/sand/pebbles/crushed shells

i know i need a cave or 2, and plants , well they come later ....

Hi, for figure 8s you need brackish water, then a sand substrate with a good amount of swimming space and then some rocks or bogwood and tough plants to provide a number of areas of cover.
