Buying Fish Online?

I'm doing a school science fair project (don't worry, no harm will come to the fish). I'm trying to think of a good way to get my hands on a bunch of platy fry (newborn), that I can raise for my project. Is there a website where I can purchase the fish and they can mail them to me? I know they sell adult fish online, but I haven't been able to find fry. Help?

My guess is no one mails fish fry on a normal basis, perhaps since newborn anythings aren't the hardiest. I have seen hatchable fish eggs online before, but never fry. Have you tried the fish stores in your area? They might have some platy (or guppy if your experiment isn't platy specific) fry hanging around.

Breeding some is also an option but that's a whole other load of time and work on top of the experiment

Yeah. Thanks. I'll ask the local Pet Quarters, but I doubt they'll have much. I can always revert back to my other plan; buying two VERY pregnant platys and having a quick birth at home. That way I get all of the babies. How do you think that'll go?
