as the title says, does anyone know where to get marine water delivered in north- east england?

Any reason why you can’t buy salt and mix it yourself? Would be a lot cheaper.

Go to the beach and collect your own. Just find a place that doesn't have boats or people and the water looks clean (no slicks on the surface), fill some containers and take it home. Let it warm up to room temperature and away you go.

Look online for bags of marine salts and find a quality brand for a cheap price and have it delivered. Then make it up 24 hours before you use it. It will be cheaper to buy a dry salt mix than buying actual saltwater, unless the local pet shop sells saltwater you can buy in the bottle.

Just by sea salt and mix that with fresh water. measure the salinity to verify you are at the normal levels of the sea.
