Bump on betta

Help! Today I noticed that my male betta has a bump on his top fin. Bump is not white like Ick. He’s acting perfectly normal( still eating & active). Tank is cycled, water parameters are normal. What can it be?

bacterial or fungal infections most likely (cant tell) or maybe color
i use melafix for those
but i dont think melafix is good for betta??? use the betta fix or whatever thats called maybe
