Bullied Black Shark ... What To Do?

i have 3 x red tailed black sharks, 2 of them are coming on (size wise etc) better than the 3rd one, it's slightly smaller although appears healthy enough. the problem is i think the other 2 are quite dominant over it, this has resulted in it spending most of its time hiding away, only really coming out when i feed them, even then i can see them chasing it away and, because it's not as big as them, it never seems to get the upper hand.

what should i do? wait to see if it gains body weight/size and starts to stand up for itself more, or do i need to contemplate donating it back to my lfs for its own sake?

sell or donate mate i'm afraid from the sounds of it.

yes, donate it back; you'll probably have to do the same with another one as well; these fish are very territorial and unless your tank is huge, you can normally keep only one.
