Bubbles One Side

Hi Guys,
I done normal water change the other day and since that time on one of the outlet sides of my filter it is just producing thousands of small bubbles,this is the side that the carbon is in,the other side has the noodles and all is good there.
Nothing new has been added and no change to water preperation,is that an indication I need to replenish the carbon?
The fish seem ok,I had slight flicking after water change but that has stopped.

Water is good amm 0 nitrite 0 nitrate 10 ph 7.2

there is some source of air getting into your filter. if you can stop the air getting in, or remove the air, you won't have the problem.
