Ok thanks but will he be fine I just took the baby platies out but can that harm him if they have they have been in there for 2 days?

Maybe just add abit of salt, and leave him in the dark, that will calm him down.

Like table salt or saltwater fish salt

Table salt is fine in small doses, just a couple of teaspoons.
