Breeding Question

I will be having a hm betta (male). I want to breed him in the future.

But my lfs only sells female vt bettas.

Would they breed and what tail types would they be.

you would probably get mainly VT as its the stronger gene type. I would try to get a nice HM female to go with your male as the fry are easier to shift that way too. Make sure to post pics wont ya

i would go for something like one of these girls, they all have cellophane in their tails to match your new boy. could produce some stunning fry!

these are also from DP Fishways so could be siblings of your boy maybe?
