What are the optimum water parameters?

I've been to several websites and each seems to give me a different answer..some saying
they do best at a ph of 6.2 and 22 degrees and another stating 7.4 and 25 degrees.

Does anyone know the optimum values?

thanks

Mine bred pretty well at 6.6 and 25 degrees

22-24C is what I have heard as being optimal with a hardness of 7-7.5. The higher the temp the quicker they develop and the more they need to be fed.

The link doesn't work but the crs guide on that site is ok... I prefer the uk shrimp one though cos I wrote it  I'm a bit more optimistic on my pH range.

I think stable conditions are better than daily fluctuations caused by trying to match the perfect pH. If you have water between naturally between pH 6 and 7 I wouldn't bother adjusting it.
