Hi! can any one tell me how to bred cicihlids! and what they need to bred!

well i dunno what sort of cichlids like flippin said... mine are just add water type of breeders they dont seem to need anything to spark them off. somewhere to hide and i think sand as a substrate is a good idea as they love ot shift it about
