Blue Gouramis Have Injury????

I don't really think this is an emergancy so i'll put it in here.

One of My blue Gouramis looks like he cut or rubbed the top left of his head raw. Is that normal?

Could he have swam into something and cut himself?

Or is this some type of disease or what not?

It could be anything from the description. A picture would help more. What are your water parameters (ammonia ,nitrite, nitrate)? How long have you had the tank set up, the fish, etc? What other fish are in there?

I agree we need more info, also have the fish been flicking and rubbing on objects, any heavy breathing, red or pale inflamed gills.
