Blue Acara Aggression

Hi I have a 230l community tank. Water peramiters all perfect with a variety of fish Inc rainbows, odessas and rosy barbs. All fish been together for over 5 months with no problems. However I have noticed my blue acara chasing and attacking my angel?! The angel is larger than the acara but totally passive and swims away. I'm not sure this is normal behaviour, any ideas? Ta

Cichlids, this is normal behaviour, its when there fighting, or constantly chasing you really have to worry, try setting up defined area's they can call there own, the more planted the better, giving reteat options, if it continues one will have to go,

One thing i forgot to say was, do you have a 100% id on the blue acara, people are often sold juvi green terrors as blue acara as there soooo simliar

Notice with the blue acara the lack of orange on the tail and slightly egg shaped head

Then to mix it all up this my old one, was never 100% agreed on, half the forum beleived it to be a true gt, some beleived it to be a GT/BLUE ACARA..
