So, I've come back from work, and my fish has no tail fin.

It looks like its been ripped off. Any ideas? :)

It appears the tail has been eaten off, or possible ripped. What are the tank mates?
As long as the water stays super clean, there should be no infection. Try water changes every day and adding an antiseptic like Melafix or Pimafix.

Tankmates are:

Mollies
Volcano Rasboras
Columbian tetras
Other blind cave fish
Opaline Gouramis
Pearl Danios

I've added some Melafix. It might do something for him

I'd suspect the columbian tetras.
I rescued some corys from an Lfs that had been in with columbians & they'd all had an eye taken out

The only fish with the aggression and mouth big enough to do that is the opaline gouramis. Blind cave tetras, being blind, are usually best one their own in a species only tank. Try to monitor the gouramis aggression, to see if they are the vandals.
