Bleach On Bba

Righto, i've battled BBA in my tank now for nearly two years and i've finally admitted defeat. I havnt exactly been the most pro-active in trying to get on top of it but issues such as unstable CO2 and circulation within my 3ft tank will all be addressed once i crash the tank and start afresh. Plants will all be binned and fresh Anubias to be bought. The gravel will be spared for future tanks but cleaned and dried thoroughly. The rocks shall be removed, scrubbed, jet washed and kept for future use. Filter will be thoroughly cleaned and allowed to mature in a fishless cycle for 1 month, also bleaching all external parts to remove of grime and BBA. Now the main issue for this thread is my bogwood. Its the one thing the BBA has thrived on and i can't be without, its pretty funky multi-usable bogwood. So i'm going to bleach it (i think), but...BUT i'm worried of bleach being absorbed by the wood and carried back into the tank. I plan to put it in a large bucket of water/bleach at a ratio of 10:1 in respect. Don't know how long for though, any ideas? And also how to guarantee on it being bleach free by the time i want to place it back in my tank?

Or is the simple answer NOT to bleach the wood and use other methods, maybe my jet-washer, or handheld scrubbing (could be hard)? Does anyone have experience of this in the past and/or solutions or alternatives.
