i noticed today that both my fish have blister type things on their head they are pure white, the red cap [boogle] has just one on its head and the black moor [oogle] has the on the side of its eyes and the middle and im worried what could have caused this? i did a huge water change today so the stats are perfect [i didnt check the stats before though...] i have only had them about 4 days!
they were on the window ledge with the blind up, could this have caused anything? as they were in a temp home until we move the crab

I can get pictures if needed

thanks

Is it possible to load a pic up.
Do the blisters move.

Size of tank in gallons or litres.
How many fish and which type.
Water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.

blisters dont move nor have they gotton worse, the tank is 3 gallon filtered with just the baby black moor and red cap ornada in untill they get bigger and can be moved into the crabs home as she doesnt need alllll that space lol

ammonia 0 nitrite 0 nitrate 0.5 ph 6.0 [i know ph is terrible =(]

is it possible that theyve caught themselves on something in the tank? i have a fake plant, its not terribley rough though, but not impossible i guess

ps thanks for the before advice with what meds to use when my guppies has an infection, its cleared up great and the tank is doing well now!

For the two fancy goldfish you need a 25 gallon tank.
Then you need a 50 gallon filter as they are massive waste producers.

I doubt two goldfish in a 3 gal that water quality is good.
Immediate water change and add a bacterial med.

How big is the crab tank.

i understand that they will need a bigger tank but right now they are only a couple of inches long and i have 2 goldfish that are about 18 years old, so i think im fine for now =]

I'll add the meds right away

Even baby goldfish can soon polute a 3 gal.
Good Luck.

The oranda so cute reminds me of my fancy goldifsh tweety pie.
Good Luck.
