Black Bugs

Hi everyone

Can anyone help?? I have just looked in my tank and I have noticed some sort of black bugs on top of my floating plants and it seems like the are jumping up an down. Can anyone help with this??

I had these, they were all in my hood, i just gave it a real good clean, and it was problem solved. Is it possible to get the plants out and give them a shake? i would also check under trip at the top of the tank, if any.

when i had floating plants i aquired this but they was aphids they are a variety of colours from clear to grean to dark.i had to get rid of my floater as all the good washes in the world would not rid them.
