I've had my BGK for about 3 years I think. Hes about 9 or so inches long and has always done well. More recently I have noticed his head looking different in that he hada like a pronounced skull. I just thought that BGK's did this with age. I also noticed his mouth didn't seem to close much but as he was feeding fine didn't look too much into it as he darted about in my tank
I came back from holiday wednesday and noticed that he has been attacked over the last week and has a gash to his head. Looking at him closer I think he may have lost an eye but his jaw doesn;t seem to close and he hasn't eat anything thta I put in yesterday. I moved him to a seperate quieter tank and will keep an eye on him. He seems quite disorientated.
The question I'm asking is do BGK's mouths always close ok and does mine besides the gash have a deformed head and mouth?
