Im in Newcastle and my Peter Barrats always have fantasatic tailed bettas; they had loads of crowntails in the other day and they often have double tails and super deltas and occasionally the other fancier varieties....the problem is...it's Peter Barrats and I find them disease ridden (well mine is anyway).

Yeah im next to Sunderland, and i have never heard of Peter Barrets :fun:

Pets at home is my 'local'. There are a few near by, none of which do anything other than VT
Where do you live LadyRiv?

Looks like a lovely betta. I know what you mean about not seeing any other type then the 'veiltail' in the UK. I am not sure why, maybe they just are more popular in the states. I do know one shop that does sell Crowntails as well as Veil but of course you'll get a delivery charge slapped onto the price.

Sure you'll think of a great name soon :)

My latests addition that i bought last week was nameless. he is orange so wanted something 'orange' like for a name.
A program was on the tv about marmite, so straight away he was called Marmite, nothing to do with him being orange in the end

all i can think of is lynx
theres a can of lynx accross the room from me lol
think i'll just call him Lynx then :good:

thanks everyone :D
just fed them some freeze dried food. Lynx seemed to enjoy his meal.
