Good morning
Could you kindly advise the best options for Betta food, what do you guys use?
I'm based in the UK
Thank you

Before my betta died I was feeding him Northfin Betta Bits. Northfin is a Canadian company and there is one seller in the UK who also has an Ebay shop.
New Life Spectrum make Betta Formula which is currently available on Ebay.

Yes, the two brands recommended by Essjay are good.

I once saw some reviews where they gave Northfin a 6 stars rating and New Life Spectrum a 5 stars rating.
But from my experience New Life Spectrum food tend to be harder and some fish won't eat.

But if you don't mind about the brands, then just get whatever that is available like Tetra, Hikari, Sera, etc though their ratings are low...LOL

You can also compare and make a study on the food ingredients, nutrients from their websites (Northfin, New Life Spectrum, Hikari, Tetra, Ocean Nutrition, Dr Bassleer, etc).

I like New Life Spectrum where they even put fruits into the fish food.

Also, find out the fish require nutrients.
Some fish like the Discus prefer higher protein when they are young.
So, I chose the brands with higher Protein like Dr Bassleer Regular Biofood.
