Betta Fin Rot?

Hi just wondered if someone could help an tell me if my male betta fish has fin rot..He looks fine but his tail has gone sorta spikey n not flowing anymore

Is it possible for you to provide a pic? Also do you have any plastic plants that could have possibly ripped his fins? I recently had this happen to mine, some bettas are not great swimmers and can get caught up in a fake plant. 
 
Please provide pics and tank stats if you can! It'll help us help you much better
