Anyone Have any experience with these types of Betta?

The Coccinas looks really nice and from what I can find all these are peaceful unlike the fighters.

Think a pair would do ok in a 15gal community? quite tempted as they seem intresting and not as common.. hmm :hey:

Goodness, I remember a time when you guys in the UK couldn't get your hands on wilds for darn diddly..now look at em, eBay even!

Of the 3 I've only had pugnax and they get quite large! They, and the unimaculata would be the most tolerant of water variations. The coccina, however, prefers very acidic blackwater. Mind you, all three prefer cooler water in the mid seventies and below. I've always preferred to keep the wilds at room temperature (and in species tanks). So I would suggest going with a pair that works with your tank the best. Or just setting up their own space.

If you ask Colin (the guy who is selling it) he'll give you all the info you need, he actually breeds wilds so will know best on the conditions they are currently being kept in.
