Betta Boys Is This A Male?

wondering if this is a male or female ? he/she apart form small amount of colour diffrence and the dorsal fin is smaller on this one he/she is exactly the same as the one i think may be male.

The betta in the photo is a gorgeous PK Male

That fish is a male halfmoon plakat. The plakat species are basically a shorted finned type of betta. They are actually meant to live a little bit longer than the long finned bettas aswell.
I had some once and they were a great joy to have around.
I recommend you buy one.

his pectoral fins are long with white ends and when he flares up he looks exaclty the same apart from a longer dorsal fin ( see i say he already)
