I had 2 in a 34l, with other fish as well, so I'd say you could have 4/5, + whatever else you were considering.
Sounds fine in terms of compatibility and filtration capacity, although perhaps up the Danios to 6.
My only worry would be length of tank. The popular advice on here is that Danios need a 3 or 4ft tank, because of their speed, but since you will have a large current, and if you can have the filter out-flow such that it creates the current from one end to the other, I think (in theory) that it would negate the lack of length. Does what I said make sense?
That's my point. 60cm is approx 2ft, so ordinarily, that wouldn't be enough for danios. But if you can set the filter up so that it creates a stream along the tank, it might work out ok.

Would you be interested in making the whole tank seem more like a stream? You could let sand sort of pile up where it naturally would form rifts thanks to current, use smooth gravel in more flow areas and then put in some larger small smooth rocks scattered through out. Even an interesting peice of longish timber could be placed in to look like it has been pushed down from higher up stream and came to rest in your part of the "stream". Even though they say that Borneo Suckers (Hillstream loaoches, Hong Kong Plecs, Butterfly Plecs etc) don't require plants I have found that my ones love going over the broad leaves of my Amazon swords. So if you wanted some live plants as well you could put them again in the less current areas.

Just putting another thought out there as a fish species to go with your Borneo Suckers, I don't know if Pacific Blue Eyes are available where you are but they are a beautiful little fish in breeding colour (males get really out there finnage 
) they stay small. tolerate different temps, are peaceful and like flow. Just an idea besides Danios.
