Maidenhead Aquatics are everywhere, not just in Maidenhead, as I originally assumed!

I just bought a huge piece of bog wood for my tank, its pretty heavy and cost me £16 for maidenhead aquatics. Ive now got to javamoss wrapped around it with some fishing line from ebay, hopefully it will root!

I do like Maidenhead, for their collection of fish but they can be very pricey. Although, Pets at Home, are a better bargain for smaller fish I think x

At the time they're a bargain but some weeks later when they've all floating upside down with diseases maybe not the best option haha. Have you seen the newspaper article about the recent "incident" in P@H?

I got my black neon tetras from P@H and they are fine, ok granted 1 thinks he is a betta but hey ho

Andy, very sorry if I offended you. Definitely get on down to maidenhead aquatics. My local one is at polhill garden centre. Also, the guys there seem to know their stuff to which helps! My local one gets deliveries on Wednesdays so if you are after something specific, find out their delivery day and get there first!

I've only just realised that I have a maidenhead aquatics just 5 mins from my house, it was built in December '09 and I didnt even know lol, think I'll have to go have a look round at the weekend.

You didnt offend me stuuk1, but its not that sort of forum so it could have possibly offended beth, although she hasnt put a reply so we dont know either way lol

I usually use a shop called QSS which is in bradford, west yorkshire and has a fantastic reputation and has been running 35 years. I will still use QSS but it is a half hour drive there and same back so it may be worth having a look round the maidenhead I just found.
