Packaging: I package them in a 6 x 6 Styrofoam box within a 7 x 7 cardboard box. If it's winter and it dips below 60 where you live I'll need to include a 42 hour heat pack for an additional $2. If you want delivery confirmation or anything else, that will be extra.
