Azolla Mexicana - Wanted

I am having trouble contolling the nitrates in my aquarium and have been informed Azolla Mexicana is one of the best floating plants to do this.

Wanted:

Item Wanted - Azolla Mexicana or similar
Condition Required - Young plants prefered
Price Limit - Cheap as possible

Other plants would also be considered.
