Avatar Resizing

Is there a way to turn off the resize option for files under 120x120? The board makes the pictures all grainy and I had to fool around with paint to get a white rectangle under the actual picture to maintain the integrity of the picture.

Also, whenever I upload a picture from my comp, regardless of what it is, it turns into an older avatar I had and just resizes it according to the size of the new picture. Any ideas on why that's happening.

It's doing the same to mine, Temp. I don't know why.
William said to try ctrl F5, that might help you but it didn't fix my old spinning eye He'll be back soon and we can figure out what's up.
