Thought I'd check my maths, and share the concept of autodosing for those who haven't encountered it.

I have 2 tanks with autodosing pumps, annoyingly the small tank (90 litres) has 6ml per minute pumps, the large tank (250 litres with 50 litre sump, so essentially 300 litres) has 3ml per minute pumps.

I plan to dose half strength EI and liquid carbon mixed into the micro from 50% glut solution.

According to my maths,

2 litre bottles of fertiliser made up with

Macro -
62g KNO3
23g KH2PO4
150g MgSO4
Made up to 2l with RO

Micro
11g TNC trace (calculator actually says 16g, but I'm changing from twice weekly to daily dosing and wanted the numbers to match)
15ml of 50% gluteraldehyde

as stock solutions

EI calculator calls for 150ml doses for the large tank and 45 ml doses for the small tank, to make things simple I'll call it 50ml in the small tank as my brain starts to hurt when the timer needs to be set to 4.62674 minutes.

a 10 minute run every day on the big tank and a 5 minute run on the small tank should give me half EI strength on the larger tank and full EI on the smaller tank (larger tank isn't so high light).
