I went to a fish auction today. I picked up 7 Albino Bristlenosed pleco's ( from John A.K.A. Tolak ) and 4 marbled angels. I also bought some Homeade Sprinula w/ garlic flakes, 2 heaters(from Tolak ) , 2 bags of aquatic stuff . I will have pics up tomorrow, as right now I just got back from homecomming and I am VERY tired.

I have some pictures.

I hope you guy's enjoyed! Let me know what you think about the fish, and the weird fish medicines I found!

Nice finds!

I take it you had fun!

There is an auction up by me this weekend! I hope I can make it!

Yeah, I hope I can go!

The auction starts at 11 AM, but I work to 5 PM that day. I might, fingers crossed, get off early!

I would LOVE to go to a fish auction! I really like the whiter of the veil tail angels. Were there any tanks there? If it were me I would stay away from the unknown meds but they are interesting to see :)

Was there anything you saw that was just incredible or rare etc?

That heater is dirrrrrrty

I'm sorry, but was that really necessary? The only comment you leave is " that heater is dirrrrrty" . First off, like I didn't know that. Thanks for stating the absolute obvious. Second of all, did anyone teach you manners? If you really thought you needed to say something, couldn't you say " You may want to clean off that heater ". But no, you decide to throw away all decency and figured while your being rude, you may as well not be helpful in any way, shape or form and become a spammer.

As long as the heater works, that is all that matters regardless of what it looks like. I need another heater right now for one of my tanks, and if I could find a used one for a fair price, I would jump at the opportunity to buy it, no matter if it is dirty or not. I think it is great, Kirb, that you got a heater! Since it is from Tolak, I bet it is a pretty nice one that works well!

Thanks! I needed one really badly. The one in my 30g with lab adults in it is having problems. I set it to 90, and the tank was at 72 ( I set it that high because I know it doesn't heater right), so then I threw a 5g heater in there, and set that on 90, and the tank was at 80 degrees. I would have left it like that , but it's just not a good, stable way of heating the tank. The new heater( there's 2 of them) works great. I couldn't have asked for a better one, actually.

Glad to hear that the heater is working great for ya!

Is it necessary for you to write a essay? No, I was just saying it's dirty, is that a crime, no? It's related to the topic so therefore is not spam and hardly rude because it's not aimed at you. Please grow up a little bit.

The medicines are very unusual :) great find, are you going to use them or are they just for your collection? the heater looks fine to me I don't think it looks dirty, isn't the blackness on it just where the ink on the inside of the glass has just began to degrade from use? I had one go like that, still perfectly usable. I like the fish too especially the bristlenose plecs, never had one before but may get one at some point, I find the albinos particularly striking, as for angels have kept them in the past but never managed to keep them for long, there was just something I wasn't doing right with them  I think I'll stick with bettas :D

That was hardly an essay. It was not a crime, your right. But, it did offend me. I don't care if you say it's dirty, fine by be. Considering it's the internet, I did not know the true intent of your post, because you don't hear the person actually say it. To me, it was an insult. So, regarding this, I am sorry. I was a little stressed out last night ( I am careful not to blame that alone ), but I just kind of took it the wrong way. But when posting things like that, please think about how other people may act.

Betta fish : After further investigation, it turns out the "dirt" is actually the designs on the heater eroding away.
