what would happen if i brought one and stuck it on my nano tank. because im going to start buying equipment for my upgrade after xmas (thats when the work on the house starts). would my tank just over heat? and my would my soft corals just melt?
also cal reactor? would it be a good idea to have one? if im getting a clam and some more sps and lps corals?

anyone? also when i upgrade would it be a good idea to start from scratch because many people who upgrade wish that they kept their old tank. but i might get a new small tank like a all in one type e.g orca or dd. and make a hight tech thing and then have my big tank

you would have to start the sti unit high up to avoid bleaching your corals with light shock. then gradually lower it.

the calcium reactor or balling method would be good once you have collected a few more hard corals.
