Assasin snails breed slowly and are yellow and brown ins colour aka Bumble bee snails
 
we have a surplus  now they have killed all our snails

Wow, I paid $80 each for my assassins they are illegal here so that makes them expensive.

OMG what?!?! 80 dollars for a snail?!?!

I accquired one by accident when I bought my tank, gravel and plants (he was a hitch hiker).
I had him for about a year before he passed.
I adored him. But heck if I'd pay 8 dollars let alone 80 for one! haha
