Are They Pregnant

Everyone, assume that if you have male and female livebearers, THEY ARE PREGNANT!

iv got no male platies this is how they are after iv brought them home after about a week

They will have had males in the LFS tank. Common livebearers can store sperm packets, and use them for further fry-drops, for about 6 months.

so the platies once they let these fry out they could be pregnant for the next 6 months (drop, pregnant...drop, pregnant and on for 6 months) WOW

Yep, exactly so. Fry drops every 4-6 weeks.

well one of the platies r still at bottom of tank in the corner will she drop in next couple of days?

Still the platies are not giving birth. they are very big, got the white spot and are very square...the LFS advised me "before i turn the light of at night chase a platie and get her stressed and then but her in the hatchery and turn the light off has this helps her release the fry if shes holding over time" should i do this or wait for my plants to arrive  (Cabomba caroliniana) has these plants are good for fry to hide in??

What a ridiculous thing for them to advise. If she is holding them, she's not ready to drop them. The more stressed she is, the more chance she has of aborting the pregnancy or dying. I have had many a female die in a breeding trap. I don't take the chance any more. I wouldn't listen to what they tell you.
Cabomba is very good for fry to hide in if you float it, or wisteria is a very good plant too.
