Are you in the UK? If you want a cheaper heater, go to Aquatics Online- mine will be £14 including PandP. But they should be OK

How many gals is your tank the standard rule of thumb it 5 watts per gal as for an undergravel filter imo they are not the best but usually they are the cheepest personal I prefer a canister or a hang on because that way you have more control over the media you use.

The Fluval 2+ will be fine in that sized tank as long as you dont over stock.
p.s. its an internal filter - not under gravel - it suckers to the inside of the tank.

We have one in our 24"x12x12. along with a 100W heater.
