Hi, just saw this on the side of the aquarium today. Don't know how long it's been there but wouldn't be more than a day or two.

It's just above the water surface so my only guess could be snail eggs. I have some mystery snails in my tank. Any ideas?

Should it be out of the water?

Thanks

yes it can verywell be snail eggs and yes they should be out  of the water (unless your water level has droped severly)

Yep certainly are mystery snail eggs. They should be out of the water, or the baby snails will drown. When they hatch they will drop into the tank, little mini versions of mum and dad

Thanks for the replies.

Never seen them before so was a bit confused at first.

There's only one clutch so think I'll let it be and see what eventuates :)

Yup, mystery snail eggs. You'll probably find another clutch shortly
