Got Guppies dying left right and centre and nothing i can do. The Tetras are the only ones that look really good at the moment. keeping my fingers crossed.

P@H are really bad for fish. They insisted to me that a common comet goldfish could live a healthy and happy life of 20 years in a 5 gallon tank!

Unfortunately i don't really have any other options but to use them. Visited a couple of other LFS's near to me and their tanks had dead fish in them. I guess it's the lesser of all the evils. Will have to resolve myself to the fact that losing fish is going to be a regular thing regardless of how well I look after them. I'm kinda wishing I hadn't even started now.

I am seriously thinking about trying an online seller. Might be worth a try if you can't find a reliable local one??? At first I didn't like the idea of them being shipped but when you think that they nearly all come into the country in the same manner I don't suppose it can be any worse?

Yeah looked into that too but not an option as don't have a credit card. Have seen some on Ebay that can be paid for by Postal Order but then you're going on blind faith. Gonna have to look into other options though as if they keep dying as they are at the mo (although it's only the guppies) then Will quit fishkeeping as it's going to cost a lot replacing them not to mention the stress involved. Just hoping I had a dodgy batch as they all came from the same tank. Really should have checked out the quality of my LFS's before contemplating fishkeeping then wouldn't be in this situation.

Set up a paypal account, you only need a debit card.

Some online seller on ebay are decent, have a look at their ratings. You could always post a link to their ebay shop and ask if any of us have used them
