Nerite snails? An army of about 10 should clean your tank well, i dont think oscars go for them, not entirely sure though.

i personally wouldn't trust an oscar not to go for nerite snails, this is just my opinion mind.
and even a group of 10 would have a job cleaning a 90 g tank.
fish wiseid go for a flag tail prochilodus (Semaprochilodus taeniurus).
it would clean your tank aswel as look absolutely stunning, and you can pick them up pretty cheap.
