Aqueon Water Changer

Ok so i'm beyond irritated. My aqueon water changer, which worked last week doesn't seem to want to create a vaccum. I've tried everything I could think of to try and resolve this issue. Anybody else ever have issues with this thing?

I've never had any issues. I don't even need to create a vacuum. I just turn on the sink briefly to start the siphon, and then wait a while for it to siphon down the drain.

What size is yours? I never have issues with my 25 ft. But have with my smaller one it's like 5 feet or something?

Yeah what I meant by creating a vaccum was turning the sink on. Usually i put the tube in the tank, turn on the sink and we're off to races. I don't understand why randomly today it wasn't working. It's the 50 footer.
