so I don't have a ceiling in my work area behind my main tank group, it's just exposed floor joists, in that part of the basement... my pothos vines have been going crazy, and we just discovered, one has grown between the joists, and above the ceiling in the rest of the basement, and found a cold air vent in the room above, and has begun growing out of the cold air vent on the next floor, and seems to be heading towards a sliding patio door, about 10 feet away... Mrs. just told me about it the other day, and I just saw it for the 1st time tonight, I'll try to grab a picture tomorrow morning... I'm not sure what I want to do with it yet??? I could train it up the wall, and over a doorway, where it would be where I want to place the 250 gallon aquarium, where it could join forces with the plants likely going into that tank???

surprising what a well stocked aquarium, with it's permanent water supply is capable of...
I have a single tank on the other side of the house, that I've posted pictures of the jungle that tank is growing before... on a side note... I doubt I'll put pothos in the new 250 ( appears they may show up on their own ) but that other single tank also has philodendron in it, as well as hoya vine... both of those don't grow quite as aggressively but also do a better job of retaining their leaves... the pothos seems to drop leaves, over time, and with age, while still growing aggressively on the ends, but leaving expanses of bare vine behind... both the philodendron, and hoya, seem to do a better job retaining all their leaves in the long run...

I suspect this runner will end up short lived, as the vent opening it crawled through is so small, limiting energy for future growth....
