Aquarium life spans?

Hello
I was just wondering if aquariums have a life span?
I have just upgraded the canopy and lighting on my 35 gallon. I noticed with the new glass top that my tank is bowed in the middle. The tank is over 15 years old. Is it time to upgrade my tank?

Fishtanks will last a long time. It's glass and silicone which will outlast all of us. Keep the glass scratch free and you can theoretically use the same tank for decades.

a 35 should have a brace accross the top of it to keep it from bowing.
