Aquarian Flake Recall

I was in the supermarket this morning where I spotted a recall notice for Aquarian Flake. I googled it when I got home and found this

I know it is a week old but it is worth posting in case anyone has any of the suspect tubs of Aquarian Tropical Flakes or Aquarian Goldfish Flakes. The batch numbers are listed in the link.

eek I think my Dad has some aquarian flake. I'll have to check with him. I only use New Era (vitalis) myself. Thanks for passing this on essjay

Wow, Aquarian is a big fish food company...... This is a big deal. I have a few tins of it here. Greeaaat...

Eh mines is 2018 but ... Think I'll be moving to New era as well.

I asked my Dad and he says he can't remember. He's mixed it in with a half empty tub of new era that he had 

 ... I've just told him to wash his hands with soap and water after feeding the fish. Best I can do really

Never personally used this brand of flake. Always considered it to be mediocre brand due to their obsession with using flake which leeches all of the nutrition out into the water. I will be sure to pass on the recall notice where appropriate.
