I put in an order at AE last week and got myself some glass Co2 u bends( broke one already :/ )
Anyway i also ordered a copy of the Aqua Journal Vol96, WOW its bloody amazing so much stuff that inspires me and drives me to want to do better.

In this volume its mainly about the Nature Aquarium Gallery, loads of pics on the tanks being setup, shots of the building, shots of other terrestrial plants like bonsai ( I love all thing Japanese, their culture, the way they are so focused on perfection and detail, amazing people) they even have a map of how to get there :hyper: . Who's coming????? :hyper:
One day i will make a trip to Japan for their culture, Japanese zen gardens ( I love zen gardens/homes)and some how if i can i will try and visit the gallery.

The only thing with the journal is its all in Japanese :S , annoying really because i want to read all about the gallery.

I have been considering ordering a subscription to the journal but I'm concerned that all of the copies will be in Japanese text, so i have emailed vectrapoint to see if they print in English but with no reply as yet, something tells me I may never get a reply or it could take months, ill keep trying though.

Does anyone know if they can/do English subscriptions?

If I may jump in here - I have ordered 120 copies of the only English translated Aqua Journals, they are issues 34-40 (or something like that). Anyway, they will be available in about 1 month and are quite fantastic - you can also learn so much from them. They only translated 6 of them due to the actual cost of translation.

Also good luck trying to get a subscription out of vectrapoint, I emailed them a while ago and got nothing back at all. That site seems dead to me I haven't seen any activity on it for ages!

Its such a shame we are lacking anything like that in this country, i know AE do back issues but good quality planted reading material is hard to come by.
Yes you have the net but you can beat sitting in your favorite seat with a brew flicking through pages of inspiration.

We really need the plated tank and more importantly to me nano planted tank hobby to take off, we need a club, planted tank shows, monthly plant mags, we need to raise the profile of the planted aquaria!
